    Dealer can mark up the MF by .00040, but cannot alter the residual value. Confirm which bank the dealer is quoting.
    Thank you. I'll validate - I assumed it was BMWFS, but in all my years of leasing a car I've never had a dealership lease with anyone but the manufacturers bank.

    Thank you. As one of the other folks mentioned, it seems most dealers are marking that up by .0004 to make up on the finance end at the moment. I confirmed locally they are doing .00198.
