What should the inceptions look like for 33180 on a 22 X4 xdrive30I ? I was quoted $828 (tax included) with $3,262 due at delivery (first, tax, fees and tag) on a car with MSRP of $52,345. My numbers came out lower even with rolling in the $950 destination and handling fee and zero reduction off the msrp. I have to build and order because of chip/inventory shortage. I feel like at $828, I should only be paying that at time of delivery plus the tag if I can't transfer current tag.

If you pay taxable fees upfront, that's the same as money down. That is likely where the upfront tax comes from. ($899 doc and $925 acquisition fee are both taxable)

Full MSRP + $899 doc fee + marked up MF = bad deal

I'd agree with you. Doesn't mean that the MF will decrease once the supply issues are worked out, however.

The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes or fees that are not paid up front. The dealer should be able to provide this to you - and, ask them how they arrived at that number from the selling price.
