So I have a lease quote from my BMW dealership and they are using 0.00163 for the money factor. Is the 0.00123 MF what BMW Financing say they should be using? If so, can I report them to BMW Financing in order for me to get them to offer the 0.00123?

The dealer is allowed to mark up the MF as much as .00040.

You can negotiate, but with the current market conditions, not sure how far you'll get.
