BMW 2022 Money Factor Lease

Hello! Any insight into the current money factor for a lease from BMW financial on an X5M50i? I think BMW Financial keeps the MF about the same across models and the number I’m getting quoted seems quite high. In Ohio if that helps. Thanks!!

    They are allowed to mark it up as much as .00040.
