    Can you please let me know if I am getting the best possible deal on an ES300H lease.

    Year: 2022
    Model: ES 300h
    MSRP: $55,820

    Term: 36 months
    Mileage: 12,000
    Down Payment: $5,000

    The dealer is giving me:
    Residual: 52%
    MF: .00024

    This also includes a $1,500 lease cash. BTW, is there a $1,000 Lexus loyalty cash available on new leases?

    Basically making my monthly at $925 per month(zip code is 94587). I feel this is a bit high, so hoping someone can help. I was hoping for an MF of 0.00194 and monthly payments in the $700inclusive of tax range.

    What is the selling price? Any discount from MSRP?

    The residual is fairly low for this program and the money factor is high. Even if you got the base MF, the best you could hope for is probably $800+/mo.

    It isn't a very good lease program
