Thanks! I feel like this tool shows prices paid but not how they relate to the sticker price. ie. because options vary so much in price, it is hard to compare a dealer quote ( if I am using the price checker correctly)

It should give you prices in your area relative to MSRP, but you're right, the number of options and packages could mean a big swing in MSRP.

I thought I'd post my experience in trying to lease a '22 RX350 L in this tough market. The car had a list price of $58,330. They added $5,000 to this price. They came in with the first offer of $930 per month for 36/12 lease. This included $7,000 positive equity in my current RX350 L and an additional $2,000 down. There was $299 electronic filing fee included in the price. The manager then dropped the price to $800/mo. I still said that was too high. We talked some more but he wasn't going to drop the price much more. I can't see paying this much for a car that is due for a redesign in 2023. He suggested I buy out my lease and they would be willing to handle the paperwork at no charge. Big difference today compared to when I leased my '18 RX350 L. I hope this helps someone out in their quest to get a good deal . We've decided to extend our lease another 6 months and see what the market is like then. Thanks to this site for all of the great information.

Thanks for sharing your shopping experience. That quote works out to almost $1200/mo when you amortize the equity and up front cash.

Many folks are buying out their current leases instead.
