The lease buyout amount at the end of the lease should be on your contract paperwork.

Otherwise, you'll have to call Toyota Financial and ask them for it.

Please confirm the actual MSRP - bottom line number of the factory window sticker, with destination included.

If you amortize the $6400 trade in equity, your true payment is closer to $500/mo.

Have you shopped around? Is this the best offer you have in hand?

What bank is used for that MF of .00235? I will ask my guy at the dealer which one they are using the next time I talk to him. I also don't have the window sticker, I'm going based off what my salesman told me it was. I have shipped around a little bit but most dealers around me are not being sneaky about adding a market adjustment to the price and they also would have to put in a fresh order for what I want which would be far outside my timeline. I have asked other dealers if they can compare to the deal im getting and they dont even attempt to steal me so most of the numbers seem right, but mainly the MF bothered me because 6.14% interest seems high for a good credit score.

You can attempt to negotiate the MF, but it's unlikely they will budge, given the current market conditions.

Looks like they may have marked up the MF as much as they could, to still keep you under $600/mo.

I don't know the market. Shop around and do the best you can.
