    2 part question:
    1) Looking for lease numbers 2022 Altima SV 36 months, 15K, MF, residual and any incentives in 32771 area
    2) Husband has a 2019 Altima S lease turn-in mid-Feb with 39K miles/36 months (paid for 15K/year) - dealer says there is equity in the vehicle and can use against the lease to "trade-in" - how is that possible if it's a lease?

    If you trade the car in to the dealer, you can utilize the equity over and above the lease payoff as a down payment on the next lease. If you simply return the car at lease end, you don't get the equity.

    You should also check with CarMax and Carvana to see what they will offer you for the existing car.
