    What exactly is the $10K dealer cash in this scenario and do you have to qualify?

    Do you know if it is in addition to a fleet discount (eg the $12K through AMEX) ?
    The $10K is a factory to dealer incentive, reflected as a lower selling price. Nothing to qualify for, just good negotiation skills.

    I think the Amex incentive includes the $10K already, so an additional $2K on top of that.
