    Can you tell me what the MF and residual are for a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Sport in zip 90804 based on 36 months and both 15k and 20k miles/year; Sticker price is at $30401. Lease payment quoted was $588 including tax based on $4k down. Seems a bit high.

    Haven't negotiated the selling price yet. They are adding $4000 on top of the sticker price because of the car shortage situation. Initial quote on lease payments was $538/month - crazy! Wanted to see what MF was to compare to finance rate. Currently test driving several options - Kia and Toyota - as well.

    If the dealer is marking up the MSRP by $4K, it won't matter what the money factor is - it's going to be a bad lease deal.
