Something seems off. If I use the MSRP and Adjusted Cap Cost from your screen shot, I get $435/mo plus tax.

Ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet, not the customer facing document you got.

OK, I see that this lease is for 18,000 miles per year. That will increase the payment, as the residual will be lower than what I quoted for 15K.

Looks reasonable, for this market.

He's probably looking at the information wrong. 60% is for 36/15, so he's not making the adjustment for the lower mileage.

Doesn't matter; the dealer cannot modify the residual. If they submit a contract with the wrong value, it will be rejected by the bank.
