I’m looking for MF/RV on a 2023 X7 4.0
10K/12K. 36 month term
Dealer quoted me MF .00225 for 12K 36 month with residual of 49%.
These numbers seem off from above
My zip is 92354 but I’m around a dealer in 90621 right now. Thank you all for your expertise!

They are back and have been for a year or three.

Max 7 MSDs, each of which lower the MF by .00004

Hi, I’m looking at a 2023 BMW Xdrive x7 40i price is $84,700 doc fees $324, electronic registration fee $25, acquisition fee $925, local tax $15, title $150, state registration $151, fund fee $35, local tax for lease was $4,800, lease inception fees $8,100 (total mentioned above roughly)

What is the MF and residual for 10k/36 & 12k/36 mod

Is there anyway you can put this in a calculator with zip code 60712.

Any way to put an estimated monthly payment with $0 down for us. Everytime I do the calculation it’s like 15 steps lolllll I would appreciate it greatly.

Also, I may trade in a vehicle I believe is worth $55k trade in after research. I think in the state of Illinois they brought back the tax savings again.

Is there any way to see what the numbers would be with no trade and with trade? I know it’s a lot of work, but you finance guys are quick on the back end with the computers for 10k/36 & 12/36 with trade and no trade. Let’s say there’s no equity clean wash for easy math so I don’t complicate it. I can figure out the equity easily.

The MF is marked up the max allowed (base is .00185) - that is adding over $50/mo to the pre-tax payment.

@leoxard None of the fees appear to be out of line. The only two places for negotiation are the money factor and/or the selling price.

The weird part is that they said that BMW is now taking only orders for 2024 X7's. So the base MSRP has gone up, and the Driving Assistance Professional Package is now $2,100 instead of $1,700. I have no way of verifying that of course as the website only lists 2023 pricing.

We will likely get lease programs for the 2024's when they start to arrive at the dealer - do you know when that will be?

Assuming the tax rate is 6.25%, then I calculate a payment of $2254/mo.

That assumes all fees are paid up front.
