    -Northeast BC CARB State Retail Bonus Cash (NECP8)
    -Chrysler Capital Prime Standard Retail Rates
    -Returning Lessee Bonus Cash (38CP6)
    -Military Program (39CPB)
    -Driveability / Automobility Program (38CP31)

    Can all these dollar figures be stacked to lower the cap cost or is it more like "choose one option or the other?" Plus idk if you could also qualify for the $7500 federal ev tax credit.
