I just visited BMW of Fairfax. I was told delivery for M50 is likely 1 year or more out. I priced out a edrive40 and was given this.

36 lease term shows residual 54% with 0 down payment of $1146. Lease calculator shows .0022 MF. What are chances for negotiating this to the .00180 MF mentioned or should I skip this dealer?
