They claim that 0.00035 is not accurate. How can I have them show proof that 0.00115 is the current money factor (vs. just their word).

It's how the manufacturers label the incentives.

Lease credit and cash are pretty much the same thing (factory to customer incentive, applied like a down payment), while dealer cash is a factory to dealer incentive that the dealer can choose to pass along to the customer in the form of a lower selling price.
