    1. Tiers 1 and 2 have the same MF
    2. Subtract .00060 for one-pay. But, you can't have a 0 or negative MF, so it will be either .00005 or .00001
    3. Yes, if the car is stolen or totaled before lease end, the remainder of the payments will be refunded

    Thanks for the quick response! Then, in this case it seems like maxing out MSDs is a better option than one-pay lease, since 10 MSDs would reduce the MF by .00045 (which is not too different from .00060), but only for a fraction (~25%) of one-pay lease's cost, right?

    Yes, 10 payments for MSDs will be less than 36 payments up front.

    Huh - we used to have that information, but now we don't. It's a fixed price based on model. IIRC, it was $895 last time I looked, but that's been some months ago.

    Dealer said it’s 1499… at that price even with the 1% residual bump it costs about 30$ per month. Seems like it’s not worth it anymore?
