Just looked at a 2024 Lux3 RWD in 32837 area code. Can someone share lease numbers for a 24/12k and 36/12k along with the incentives specific to this area? I see the 3k conquest and $1k Costco, but some have this "Incremental Cap Cost cash".

We don't know the difference in trim levels - I'm sure the Cadillac website could give you that information.

I just got told the weirdest thing from a SM today. He said the $7500 lease credit for the Federal Tax credit does not apply to this car because it was built during the period GM lost their tax credit status. In other words its tied to the cars build date not the sell date. Instead they are offering a subsidized 62% residual to compensate. Sounds like BS. Seems the residual on a Lux3 RWD is 62% PLUS the $7500. Can anyone confirm? This is the closed Caddy dealer so I'd like to negotiate with them if I can rather than just moving on.

Thanks moderators. Made a 24/12 deal last night for a Lux3 RWD in Orlando. 70% RS and 0.00165 MF in my area. Dealer took off $7k, plus MFG $3k conquest and $1k Costco. Got him to remove the garbage add-ons that totaled another $1400 without much of a fight. I'm very happy and there definitely seems to be deals to be made right now as the 25's are about to drop in 8+ weeks. Came off lease from a 2021 BMW X7 so this is a massive drop in monthly payment

Yea this is my first EV. Went into to look at an X5 instead of another X7 and there were no incentives anywhere. Not feeling the love but then saw the big discounts BMW had on their IX.
Decided to finally try one as my DD. Placed an order for one in late april but it still hasn't come in! Gave up and started looking for a plan B. Was pleasantly surprised when I drove the Lyriq. In no way was this a direct comparison to the IX in terms of drive and refinement, but it will also probably shave a few hundred off the monthly payment, so its a fair deal, maybe even fairer than the IX.

Here is the last email I sent with my offer they accepted. They had something called "Permaplate" as an add-on. Some BS for car protection. I said take that off and they agreed. So there were no other expenses other than normal starts .

Haven't signed the paperwork yet. Doing that today. So, I don't have an exact monthly payment. I expect the monthly payment to be in the low 7's for a 24/12 with TTL. The starts I will pay upfront but if those were rolled in of course the payment would be significantly higher

With those prices, I get $623/mo plus tax. Be wary that they don't mark up the MF on you to claw back some of the discount you're getting.

Yes thats about what i think also Michaell. We already confirmed the MF but of course I will be watching for finance dept games. The residual is also fantastic and I guess is where most of our $7500 tax credit went since its not in the offerings directly.

If we add tax we are probably low 7's. Roll in the starts and we're in the 8's. Still better than the 99,650 IX I ordered. Never got a chance to negotiate but I'm sure it would have been around $1000 even with the killer MF and cash. The exact monthly payment isn't as important as feeling like I'm getting a good deal. I'm not a fan boy for any brands. I go where the deals are, and right now EV's are definitely one of the places for deals! Gonna take out a short 24/12 lease because I'm not convinced yet I can live with an EV. We'll soon find out!

Good to see 10% off from MSRP.

Now that CCR $2k is gone.

I talked to dealer last week. Said they will do 10% then backed out. and the car I was looking qualified for CCR $2k so total of $7k Incentives. 3k+1+1k supplier+2k ccr

it was sport 1. Monthly would have been 355 pm including tax.
