    67% is the "base" residual; we only have information from other members that the $7500 is added to that calculated amount.

    We've heard it is getting added, but the last quote we saw from a member did not have it added.

    FWIW - I was at a dealership in Cary, NC .

    I was looking for a 24/12k lease on Lux 1 RWD. I got MF=0.00199 RV=74.

    MSRP = 63415
    Conquest cash = 3000
    Supplier discount = 1000
    Add ons = 1600
    Acquisition fee = 368
    Dealer fee = 749
    RV= 74%
    MF = 0.00199

    One pay = 21217 (comes to 890 per month)

    I asked for low MF . The dealer didn't agree.

    I ended up walking away.

    Yes, it does. The residual, as we understand it, would be increased by $7500.
    So the 24/10 on the Sport 2 has a 75% residual. Does that 75% already include the $7,500 increase? Or should it be on top of the 75%? So a $75,000 sport 2 residual of 75% is 56,250. So does that 56,250 already have the 7,500 credit baked in? Or should the residual be 63,750 (56,250+7,500 credit)? Thanks for the help!!

    What we've heard, anecdotally, is the $7500 is added to the residual, rather than passed along as a rebate.

    So, the effective residual would be 70% of MSRP plus $7500.

    With a lease, you don't have to qualify, as the bank is the owner, not you.

    If the anecdotal evidence is wrong, then it would just the the 70%. There is no program where they reduce the residual by $7500

    FYI, been on the phone today with a number of dealers here in Florida. All told the same story which was that the $7,500 has already been factored in the the quoted RV so it will NOT be added back. If that money was not available, the RV would be lower. As an example, on a 10K/36 the RV is 64%. It would be closer to 60% if that money was not available. Hope that helps. I did get your stated MF at .00135 from one dealer. Others wanted .00205

    Hi! Thank you again for providing those numbers earlier to help me make sure I'm getting the best deal.

    I was able to negotiate the MF and MSRP down a little more and wanted to know if this was a decent deal. I want to see if they can come down on the MSRP a little more (8.5%). Idk if I should continue to shop around or see if they'll budge. They already said "let me know because my manager is moving this car to the loaner department" .... I guess trying to create urgency. Also when I run these numbers in the lease calculator it's off by about $70. I'm getting a lease payment of $741.

    Zip 20603 for reference.

    The lease calculator is probably making assumptions that aren't applicable to this deal. The calculated payment is correct.

    We have no idea what the market is for this vehicle. Your own shopping experience is probably a better gauge.

    I don't think the EV tax credit is valid on a lease
