    appreciate the quick response!

on my offer sheet for the carbon, it says retail price of 30,930 and sales price of 28,999

if my inputs on the calculator here are correct, it should be 376 for excellent credit and 403 for good credit

however he quoted me 431-442 on the offer sheet (we gave him a 685-690 credit score)

is this just a bad offer from him or is there a mistake on my part either with my inputs or not truly understanding what all these numbers mean?

Have to factor in acquisition fee, doc fee, title/registration and sales tax.
Is the $28,999 before subtracting the lease cash, or after?

What is the amount Due at Signing with his payment quote?

Won't know the answer, until you have the full picture.

appreciate you checking! apparently there was a wrong input on my end because that number is not showing up for me on the calculator here

either was from what you have seen with their initial offer, is something even close to 350 possible? like what are the chances if we went in and said dont care if its residual and/or money factor, but if you can get us to 350-375 we will sign right now?

if there is no chance and we are just unrealistic with how the leasing process works? or is there like a 20% chance they could go down to like 360 if they really needed/wanted to move old stock?

    thanks as always

    preferred and carbon edition please

    36/10 and 45069

first time leaser and am hoping for 350 a month with 0 down but not sure how realistic that is

CAR: .00168 MF and 59% residual
PREF: .00116 MF and 58% residual

    $1110 lease cash

I'm not sure either, because I don't know the MSRPs or selling prices.
    appreciate the quick response!

on my offer sheet for the carbon, it says retail price of 30,930 and sales price of 28,999

if my inputs on the calculator here are correct, it should be 376 for excellent credit and 403 for good credit

however he quoted me 431-442 on the offer sheet (we gave him a 685-690 credit score)

is this just a bad offer from him or is there a mistake on my part either with my inputs or not truly understanding what all these numbers mean?
Have to factor in acquisition fee, doc fee, title/registration and sales tax.
Is the $28,999 before subtracting the lease cash, or after?

What is the amount Due at Signing with his payment quote?

Won't know the answer, until you have the full picture.
sorry for not providing all the info

here is what was on my offer sheet:

    retail - 30,930
    sales - 28,999
    savings - 1,931
    accessories - 399
    service contract - 0
    government fees - 89.50
    proc/doc fees - 300
    capitalized taxes - 1,013.91
    security deposit - 0
    acquisition fee - 650
    gross cap cost - 31,881.61
    trade allowance - 0
    trade payoff - 0
    trade equity - 0
    rebate - 1,110
    cash down - 0
    net cap cost - 30,771.61

    36 monthly/10,000 mi 3%

when asked about accessories, he replied it is one year of EPAP for paint, leather, fabric and vinyl protection so do not know if that is mandatory

on the calculator here, 389.50 was put in for dealer fees (quoted government fees + proc/doc fees from above), but again not sure if that was correct

    really appreciate your time!
With those prices, I get $430/mo plus tax.

Given the numbers, I doubt that $350-375/mo is possible. You could, of course, put an insane amount of money down to reduce the payment, but that's like pre-paying your rent. You'd lose that money if the car was stolen or totaled before the end of the lease.

You might try recalibrating your budget, and your choices. Nothing is as inexpensive as it was 3-5 years ago.
