    Edmunds.com's lease calculator is saying that a 2023 Nissan Sentra SR's residual value at 24M/10K miles is 71%. You're saying it's closer to 73%? Which one is off, and why?? What is the best way to get the actual residual value? Also, .00363 seems really high (over 8% APR). Is that an average rate for all sedans or just Nissan?

    Every bank sets their own rates. Though, it's unlikely that an independent bank would have comparable residuals to NMAC. If there was a better deal than NMAC, the dealer would have access to it.

    Yes, but the program numbers are not favorable.

    Don't expect a longer lease term to have a smaller payment; most brands and banks set up the programs so that 36 months is the 'sweet spot'. Nissan does offer decent 18 and 24 month programs, however.
