Good evening, I was hoping for some MF clarification for May.

Working on a deal for a 2023 EQS SUV 450+ (RWD) with a 24mo/7.5K mile lease. I am wanting to elect for the single/one pay option.

The dealer claims the single pay “base” money factor is 0.00275 that then reduces to 0.00195. I inquired about the base rate of 0.00239 and they said that is a “special” MF that goes away if you try to stack with the single/one pay option. The dealer is happy to give me the 0.00239 rate if I do not elect for single pay.

Is this correct? Something seems off.

The dealer is located in zip 72172 but I am having the car shipped to me in zip 28078.

Dealer is pulling your leg.

The base MF of .00239 can be used as the starting point for a one-pay lease. They just don't want to.
