    Thank you for your feedback/advice over the years. Another satisfactory lease in the books, closed late Oct:
    2023 AMG EQE Sedan
    MSRP: 121,200
    Sales Price: 102,500 (after incentives, inc. 7.5k EV Bonus, and 2K affinity)
    Took advantage of the low MF available since September, bought it down to 0.00003 with 8xMSDs
    51mo/7.5k lease (I intend to lease-to-buy with a low res of ~$47k)
    No money down other than refundable MSDs, 1st month payment + reg/doc fees
    Monthly payment: $1,108+tax
