There is only one MSRP. That's what is listed on the government required sticker.
In this case, it's $38,755
Be aware that the "Total Purchase Price" is for a purchase, not a lease, necessarily, though some of those numbers are useful for calculating the lease.

Anyway, they don't show the adjusted CAP cost, but from looking at it, it appears to be

$35950 sale price
+$399 theft protection
+$113 CAP addition, due to the trade not covering all the upfront costs
= $36462 Net CAP

Using our figures, I get a payment of $477 vs. their $437. But, it's entirely possible they are using a different bank than Chrysler Capital.

They are using the $3500 net equity from your trade to pay all of the upfront costs. From what I read, it looks like $437/mo, with ZERO cash from you. Not even the first payment. The only "cash" in the deal is from your trade equity.

I don't know the market, but the $3500 discount seems good. Just be aware that they've added $1100 of items that are pretty useless for a lease. Interior/exterior protection is dubious, and the Kahu thing is absolutely useless.

Your net cost after factoring in the $3500 equity upfront is $500/mo. for 48 months. In this market, that's not bad for a $39K MSRP vehicle. But, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to bargain for more.
