My X5 was delivered yesterday and I'm about to sign on Saturday. Zipocde 77386. Just two quick question:

1. they said APR for 60 months is 5.99% but I saw 4.99% from Edmond. So Dealer mark up 1% to make profit? https://www.edmunds.com/bmw/x5/2024/deals/
2. Since Saturady is Sep.2, do you know the APR for Sep will keep same or increase?

Yes, assuming top tier credit, they are marking up the rate.

BMW programs run through Monday.

I think I will end up extending my 2021 X5 lease for another year. They offered me same payment for 12 months, same terms, payoff will be $33,520 , which is roughly another $8k reduction, after paying them $10k in payments for 1 year.

Here are other terms they offered me
24 months +$90/mo, payoff 24,767
36 months -$40/mo, payoff 21,350

I thought I'd share.

Thanks, this way I will keep shopping in new year, and if there is any equity on the car at the time depending on the buyout, I can always try to trade it in and get something else.

That's the total drive off cost including the first payment.
