Car is valued at $34,773 with GM Family First

I am being told that payments are in the $500s which sounds very high given the price point. Any info is appreciated!

    What is the MSRP?

    Is it $3000 down, or $3000 out of pocket? They aren't the same thing.

    $3,000 at signing. MSRP is $37,380, $34,773 with GMS. Just looking for the most accurate monthly payment without being ripped off. I currently have a 2021 GX Select with an MSRP around $28,000 $3000 at signing $264/month for 39 months

    Do not compare your last lease to this one; the market is far different today.

    I get mid $500's with those prices.

    Hello! Just purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX preferred FWD for $24,000 OTD. Had 1,500 miles on it cause it was a courtesy car for 3 months. Just curious did i get a good deal and how much lower could i have gotten them?

    Quoting MSRP at $27,390 but I thought the MSRP for a preferred Buick Encore GX is $25,600

    I feel like the MSRP should be negotiated because it is higher than it’s suppose to be and the document fee and dmv fees should be $33. I don’t know if the MF is too high. The interest calculates to 4.752%

    Also should I ask for a cap cost to know exactly what the total that I will be paying when I sign the lease?

    The whole point of getting a lease quote is to get an actual monthly payment - most of the time, the dealer will give that to you with no supporting information.

    The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes and fees you are not paying up front.
