Thanks a lot for your support man, don't have 2 dealers matching the price. One thing the sales person told me is that the lease program and associated money factor's change per month so she might not be able to commit to the money factor because my car is expected to be ready by June. Do you think they actually reduce the money factor if the interest rates come down?

Porsche only updates their lease programs quarterly, so there may be an adjustment to the numbers in April.

No predictions or guesses on whether (or even if) any moves by the Fed will impact the MF.

$1712 is the dealer quote? What adjusted cap cost are they using to get that number?

It could be the MF is marked up. Way up (this is a Porsche dealer, after all).

Since you aren't paying the sales taxes upfront, then that can't be the adjusted CAP cost. NJ collects all of the sales tax upfront, including on the incentives. Ask for the actual adjusted CAP. The tax amount might surprise you.

We haven't had an update recently. We show .00380, but it's entirely possible that .00370 is correct
