We don't really know how loaner status affects the residual, to do a math analysis.

But, you're at $837/mo, all-in for a $78K MSRP vehicle. I'll guess that's at least $300/mo less than a brand new unit. Pretty good.

Giant discounts really skew the payment in favor of 24 months.

The MF is the same, regardless of lease length. Only the residual changes.

For Porsche, 39 months is the sweet spot.

Add 2% for 12K

Have not seen any information on the forum on these items. Is the bank fee for a 2024 Macan fixed at 1095 or will dealer mark it up or discount it and does Porsche allow MSD's to buy down the interest rate

740+ gets top tier rates. But, no idea if your "self-check" score is the one they are using. Most Porsche dealers will probably markup the rate. Just ask them if that's what they are doing.

Yeah, it looks like a really good deal. (given the lease program) Seems like a big discount.

With all thing being equal, the cost of a 39 month lease is about $90/mo. less.
