Hello, do you think this is a good deal? 2024 BMW X3 service loaner with 12800 miles on it. $0 down, 0 due at signing. BMW loyalty. 36/10k 517 + tax. I’m getting 0.00211 mf. MSRP 51,599 sale price 39,449. What should we negotiate down to? Thank you. Residual 25,858. Current rebates( including loyalty) 2500. $1105 on cap reduction and the rest towards drive - offs. I believe mf should be at 0.00180. I’m not sure if they would do this mf or if I’m structuring it correctly but I’m getting 453 + tax. 92027 zip code. Thank you!

I’m looking for feedback on a potential lease deal for a 2024 BMW X3 service loaner with 12,800 miles on it. Here are the details:
    • Term / Mileage: 36 months / 10,000 miles per year
    • MSRP: $51,599
    • Sale Price: $39,449
    • Rebates (including loyalty): $2,500 total
    • $1,105 applied toward cap cost reduction
    • Remaining $1,395 applied toward drive-offs (tax, registration, first payment, etc.)
    • Residual: $25,858
    • Money Factor (MF): quoted at 0.00211 (I believe it should be closer to 0.00180)
    • Monthly Payment: $517 + tax (0 down / $0 due at signing)
    • Location: 92027

    I’m wondering:
    1. Is this a good deal?
    2. How low should I realistically negotiate the sale price?
    3. Would they be likely to approve an MF of 0.00180?
    4. I calculated the payment at 0.00180 MF to be around $453 + tax — am I structuring this correctly?

Thanks in advance for any advice or insight!

.00180 MF and 56% residual, plus $1000 lease credit, but we don't know how the existing miles will impact those numbers.

To get your pre-tax payment, assuming the $39K number is the adjusted cap cost, the residual would be close to 50.11%. Reducing the MF to the base rate of .00180, the pre-tax payment would drop to $495/mo plus tax.

I don't know what's possible regarding the price, but 20% off MSRP seems to be pretty good. You can try to use the Price Checker link to get Edmunds research on the issue.

I'd compare this to a quote on a new unit, and see how much you save on the demo unit.

Can't hurt to try and negotiate the MF to .00180, but again, I don't know if it's marked up due to dealer greed or to the existing miles changing the lease program.

$517/mo+tax seems pretty cheap to lease any X3. I'd want to know the in-service date, to insure I was under the 4 year warranty for the entire lease period

Thank you! I can’t get the calculator to work to figure out the mf they are using. Total rebates:$2,500. What mf do you think they are using? Thank you
