    The residual is 64%. If you are getting a good deal, then that payment might be slightly lower. The only advantage to the dealer would be the ability to quote a lower payment, which might induce you to lease.

    The rebate and acquisition fees are not negotiable - I'd work on getting the price of the car down.

    Also, I recommend only paying the first payment and any gov't fees up front, and skip any additional down payment - that money would be lost if the car were to be stolen or totaled during the lease.
