    Would love some help figuring this out, this is a 2024 premium luxury XT6, it is a service loaner with 2200 miles. 36/10
    Sales tax in Texas is 6.25%
    Based on the MF / RV I am getting different numbers
    Dealership is saying MF .00235 and RV 50

    What am I missing?

    Does ZERO down mean $0 Due at Signing? Or, something else?

    The tax number seems awfully low for Texas, unless there are sales tax credits? (if so, that's a big plus)

    It's possible the dealership is marking up the MF for extra profit. Between that, and the $1390 in "Total Adds", the benefit of getting a service loaner is being eroded.

    Not sure where they come up with the $9004 "total savings"

    lease deal i have on table, good or bad?

    2024 Luxury awd, located in 19008, 24/10, 1k down (includes first payment) $550/month

    trading in current lease which is XT6 Premium lux with 31k miles (payoff of 36k, dealer giving me 34k plus pull ahead to get out of it clean, car also has a bad carfax with moderate damage that got fixed), I also have tier 2/3 credit

    costco rebate, along with other rebates their telling me total $9500

    Ive been quoted well above $600 a month by atleast 5 other dealerships. I do not know the residual or money factor they ended up using.

    Still contemplating making the deal, but all signs point to it being a good one, atleast to me. Thanks for any advice
