I have been offered a MF of .0035 which seems very high

Is the $7500 EV Incentive the Federal Tax credit or an MBUSA incentive? If Federal I would assume it's subject to income limits?

Since it's a lease, MBFS gets the tax credit. The $7500 they are passing on to you is a rebate. No limits

Also, since the vehicle is a custom order and not set to be delivered until December, is there anything I should negotiate at the time I put in the order for the vehicle?

Current MB programs expire 10/31.

Run the numbers for both a lease and purchase - my doctor wanted to get his wife a 350 sedan last year. The purchase payment for a 6 year loan was less than the payment on a 3 year lease. If you plan to keep the car longer than the lease term, then it's probably better to purchase.

Programs may change between now and December.

Negotiate the price and lock in the base MF (no dealer markups).

Thank you but I'm not sure I understand. I received a quote last night for 51% residual and the MF was .00415 for 36 months/10k. I'm new to these forums but it looks like this is quite high for the MF. Other threads make it look like location is a factor as well.

As noted, Mercedes numbers are national.

10K/yr will necessarily have a higher residual than 15K/yr

The Standard MF is .00290 for Tier A1. If you qualify for that Tier, then the dealer is marking up the rate for extra profit.
