    If the cap cost is the same as the MSRP, then I get $1091/mo, pre-tax.

    But, I don't know if the cap cost is the same as MSRP, or if part of your $3500 at signing covers the fees and such, or if the MF has been marked up (I'll guess that it is), or much else beyond the sticker price.

    IOW, we don't really have enough information to help you to determine if it's in the ballpark.
