Roughly $300/mo (when you amortize the cap reduction) is a strong deal for an almost $29K vehicle, in this market. Buying down the MF certainly helps.

I know mine is LE and Toyota’s deal is SE. But I think I got a much better deal than Toyota’s since I’m almost $4000 discount off MSRP and a MF of only 0.00002.

The tl;dr is that I've got a dealer offer for one with an MSRP of $31,854. With rebate, equity, and cash, I'm effectively putting down $5,000, which is getting me the car at $277/month (36/10).

Does that sound like a good deal?

That was a "fake" overpriced price that dealers dream about. I did not move forward back in March, but still would like to get an opinion on that offer since that deal is coming from someone "highly recommended", as I'll be back on the market shortly.
