They swear up and down that they are quoting Chrysler Capital only. Which appears to be the case with what you just provided.

They know I can do the math on paper. So they keeps changing and moving around cetain rebates. Or saying i dont qualify for a rebate if i use "my math." The sales person says there is $0 equity in my 2021 Ram 1500 that has 29,000 miles with a buy out of $25144. But they will give me $500 out of the kindness of their hearts. Yet they have an identical truck on their lot for $34,000. Can't tell me there is no equity there. They also tacked $500 onto the drive off amount. But the real math shows its not applied as a down payment. Just an extra $500 that I'm essentially handing to the dealer. This would have been the 5th vehicle I've gotten from this dealer. I think it's time to move on.
