I got a lease worksheet but the wording on their cash and incentives is confusing and I can’t seem to figure out how they are arriving at the payment.
If they are showing an incentive, the dealer may be using a bank different from Chrysler Capital. We don't have any of those programs to reference, so I can't run the lease calculations for you.
What is the MSRP of the unit referenced in the quote?

You were the one that mentioned NY.
Dealers don't usually lie about sales tax, so that's probably correct.
I can only guess that the sales tax number is upfront tax on CAP reductions.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization of what's in it. Ask them for the money factor used.
@allibrown9 First, ignore section 5. Those are just total estimates, and none of those numbers is used in the lease calculation, directly. In Section 4, they've left out line b), which is where the first payment goes. If you add that in there, then the numbers should add up to your $2000 upfront.

Effective 02/08, 39/10 is .00069 MF and 54% residual On your document, the MF used is .00090. That's a slight markup. Equivalent to 0.5% APR. About $19/mo.
No incentives, a middling discount (under 4% of MSRP), and an average lease program doesn't make for a great lease payment. On top of that clawing back $800 of the discount with that large doc fee.
The calculations are fine. I'd shop around to see if I could get a bigger discount (net of the doc fee). It doesn't matter how they split out the doc fee, you just want the lowest total price. And, also a dealer that won't markup the money factor.

This causes a reduction in residual of about $1300. 3) Discount is approx $900 (less than 2% of MSRP) Offset by a $700 doc fee 4) $2750 rebate with US Bank is probably higher than what you can get with Chrysler Capital 5) We don't have the US Bank programs, so we can't tell if the money factor is marked up
In any case, 2% off doesn't seem like much of a deal.
