Dealer is saying MF can only be reduced by .0004 for one pay. Do I have the wrong number (.0009) or are they allowed to mark(down) the reduction?

Tell them the program number is H220 for the EV one pay.
.00040 are for all other Hyundai vehicles.
Worked like a charm! $6859 1pay 24/12 finally done for the next 2 years. Thanks for all the help!
