    Nissan one-pay money factors are generally pretty high. They don't offer a discount, just a fixed rate, and if you have a subvented rate, already, then the one-pay is the same as the normal rate.
    This month, the one-pay rate is .00311, so if you want one-pay, then it will be the .00264 MF that we gave you. (IOW, you don't want one-pay)

    Nissan does have an MSD program. We don't have the details, but I seem to remember it being pretty generous.
