The acquisition fee is $650, I think..
Is the CAP cost reduction from you, or some sort of rebate.

And, I'm correct on the residual. Multiply the MSRP by 60%, and you'll see.

I'm guessing the $500 CCR is the loyalty incentive.

I don't see any issues. You can certainly shoot for a lower selling price. Every dollar lower is a dollar in your pocket. Seems like a reasonable deal, as is.

If you're paying the taxes and fees up front, then what is being added to the selling price to get to the adjusted cap cost?

With your prices, I get $336/mo. Could be a markup to the MF for extra dealer profit.

So, that's not a quote, just an estimation from the dealer website? Get a full quote, then we can evaluate with all the numbers.

We do recommend that you only pay the first payment and any government fees (and taxes) at signing. Roll the acquisition and dealer fees into the payment.

Rolling the upfront taxes and government fees into the CAP cost will result in higher overall sales taxes.
