Thank you for the info. Credit is >800. I have run numbers in my lease calculator at .00319 and .00419 and have compared to the Lexus website calculator at 5 or 6 dealers around the US. Every time I get a much closer monthly using .00419 than .00319 using the Lexus payment estimator. I wonder if there is some special rate just for the 550h+. It's as if they are giving the $7500 cash and taking it back with the MF! Have you found the Lexus website calculator accurate? Thanks is advance.

No, That's incorrect. The base model is 66%, but the Premium model is 63%, as I quoted earlier today.
