    Hello!

    My current BMW who I got my wife's X7 for a couple of months ago is hounding me about one of the 2024 XM they have on the lot. Base, black on black with red calipers. Msrp is $163k. They are offering $29k off msrp, 51% residual and mf of 0.00230. For a 36 month, 15k miles and only first months payment and taxes/fees due at signing....what do you guys think is a good deal?

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Looking at pulling the trigger on one for 117K after all discounts and incentives - .MF 0023 quoted
    Was told Residuals would be 86,718K for 36/12K miles and 83,446K for 36/15K miles - Trying to see if I can Squeeze a bit more - only off by a few
