Using the prices, as is, with the base MF and residual, I get $791/mo plus tax. In PA, there is a 3% surcharge to the sales tax for leases.

I'll guess the MF is marked up a bit to get to the quoted payment.

What's "LAST PAYMENT"? Are you turning in your existing lease early? If so, that would worry me. You are still paying for a car you aren't driving for a month, and if they are paying it off, rather than taking it in trade, you'll be liable for any lease-end charges.

Acquisition fee is marked up $300.

That's a pretty hefty payment for a $47K MSRP car.

It appears that the December programs have been extended through Monday, with no changes

But, still waiting for specifics.

Thanks....I had 2,745 trade equity which made the deal, but got the car priced at 37K. I will check back tomorrow in the event their is a small shift in MF/RV/dealer cash to get me under 400/month. Dealer tells me they can see updated numbers on 10am Saturday.
