    I appreciate all your help! Question on a dealer off I have on the table. Lease is for 3yr/36k. Zip code 18951

    2024 FORD EXPLORER ST-LINE 4WD

    MSRP: $51,915

    Final selling price including applicable rebates: $47,932

    MF: 4.07%
    RESIDUAL: 58%

    With 2k cash down they are saying $636 a month.

    The edmunds lease calculator is saying $588. Am I missing something? Is the MF correct??

    The final selling price may not be the adjusted cap cost used in the lease payment calculation. Ask for the adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price.
