2023 XC40 lease comparison?

A dealer here in 77030 offering a new 2023 XC40 Recharge Ultimate, $1500 down, $599/mo 36 months, residual 30,607 (I think it’s 50%), MF .00111.
Is that a good deal? How does that compare? They say they’re trying to move the 2023s as the 2024s come in.

The payment calculation is correct.
It would be helpful to see an itemization of how they calculated the Adjusted CAP.

It's definitely a reasonable payment, relative to MSRP.

Is 7500 mi/yr enough?

12K/yr will raise the payment to $632/mo

It's a nice big $10K discount, but there is a lot of fluff in there.
$395 delivery? That's their way around the state CAP on the doc fee.
$795 LO-Jack? That's why you have insurance

Looking at the numbers, I'd expect you to have $1500 + $599 Due at Signing.

All of the above is a little meaningless, because it's possible they wouldn't give you a $10K discount, if they weren't taking back some on the other end. (plus $1500 of the discount is reimbursed to them from Audi.. that's the lease bonus)

Ask if they have Texas sales tax credits.. or, if they can give you the same deal with just 1st payment Due at Signing.

It's a very reasonable deal, but it wouldn't hurt to ask for more (unless you already have)..

On the surface, it looks good, but without the details, we won't know for sure.

Here’s what they showed me. Numbers are a little confusing. I think the 8,500 is 7,500 tax rebate and 1,000 Costco discount? Not sure.

So I went back today and said I don’t want to put anything down… He said what about just $599/mo with nothing down. I walked away for now to compare numbers but seriously considering it!
