Cash Prices 2024 New X3 30i

I am looking to buy a new 2024 X3 30i for cash. What can I realistically expect to pay below MSRP? Only incentive the dealer offered on my initial visit was $1000 if I financed. Have no problem financing, then paying it off immediately, but prefer to simply pay cash. I am a USAA Military member and their program is offering $3000 off. Other forums, I see posts of buyers getting anywhere from 4-9% off MSRP. In addition, I live in SC and can drive (3hr) to the BMW plant for factory pickup. Will that provide a better discount? My local dealer said they could give better discounts on cars on the lot vs online order. TIA.

There is no charge for SC pickup, but there is no additional discount, either.

The advantage of being able to pickup, is that you can negotiate with any dealer in the country, then pickup in SC.
