For 2024 Rogue's left on the lot, it seems like the lease deals are not as good as for the 2025 Rogue's. Is that accurate? I know the 2025 Rogue has a separate forum, and when I looked at responses there, the terms seemed worse. We are looking for either a 2024 or 2025 Rogue SV or SL for 36 months/12k miles. Zip would be 11783. Do you know if lease terms typically get more unfavorable for outgoing model years? Thank you!

FWD or AWD?

You can't look at lease terms in a vacuum. You also have to consider the discount, relative to MSRP.

Shopping at the end of a model year can be problematic. Sometimes you wait so long that the lease support goes away.

Sorry, AWD. Based on what I see on some sites about average price paid/discount on MSRP, they are both pretty comparable, within a few hundred dollars of each other.

Basically, if too late in the year, the leasing companies don't want to support older vehicles?

Please post 2025 questions in the relevant discussion.

Yes, negotiate the best price first, then apply the incentives (most dealers will want to make the incentives part of the discount they offer).
