    Hi. I'm looking at a 2025 iX xDrive 50 that is a dealer demo and has never been titled so is considered new. It has just under 6,000 miles. I'm assuming the existing mileage would lower the residual value. Not sure if incentives are different on demos. The car was placed in service as a demo on 9/25/24 if that matters. I'm interested in leasing it for 36/12,000. Can you tell me the MF, residual, and incentives for zip 12144? Thank you!

    Hello, BMW is trying to get me to get this 2025 BMW IX50 MSRP is 95825.00. they are offering 9900 in lease credit. Location is Wilmington, Delaware looking to do a 36/12,000miles they gave me a quote of 998.00 a month is very little detail. Appreciate an information. (Newbie)

    Thank you for details. Dealership just called me and they stated 95825 is MSRP, MF is .00045, 10,000 mile 36 month lease with RV of 52% per dealership. Discounts are 16,330 with a payment of 927.00 is what they just told me. Never leased and getting back 10,000 check for my trade. I appreciate your help and assistance. I have reached out to others but they don't have 2025 to make deals with and 2026 has minimal deals

    Hi, I'm hoping you can help. I'm looking at a 2025 iX xDrive 50, executive demo with about 6,000 miles. It's being offered as a BMW certified pre-owned, available for leasing from BMW FS. Any idea what the MF would be on a lease like this? Would be a 36/12 for zip 12144.
