PFS is offering 0.004 for the 39 month, 7.5k miles. Car is considered used despite no previous owner. Would a car like this be eligible for the EV/PHEV tax credit of either $7.5k (new) or $4k (used)?

Why would a Cayenne Turbo S qualify for an EV or PHEV incentive, as it's a gasoline engine?

In any case, we don't have any information on lease programs for 2022 model years.

Ok, thanks, and it’s actually a plugin E-Hybrid. The 2023 and 2024 Cayenne E-Hybrids should qualify for the $7,500 when leasing through PFS, but I haven’t been able to find out if the 2022 does. Thanks.

Only your dealer would know for sure. And, if it's a lease, the money is a rebate from PFS, who gets the tax credit. You'll only know if you ask them
