    Hi. need help validating a deal.

    '25 X5 M60 dealer demo, 6500k miles, $107100 sticker. sold as new. zip 07974

    $101700 out the door all in / financing required

    this is after $1000 APR discount and $1500 corp incentive

    DEAL OR NO DEAL?

    can lease the same for $1540/month 10k/36 ( before MSDs) but that doesnt look appealing to me at all, since they would have to adjust for car mileage?

    appreciate any feedback
