    Side note, when would November numbers be available?

    Sorry, I don't know how they account for the $7500.

    I don't have conquest information, but with GM it is usually a rebate, applied as a CAP cost reduction

    Had a question about the $7500 Gov tax credit on EV's. When leasing, does the dealer get that credit or the person leasing the vehicle. I had a dealer tell me that it doesn't apply to leases. I also heard that when leasing, you should be able to work that into the deal. Any help would be appreciated. thx

    The leasing bank, as owner of the vehicle, gets the credit. Whether GM decides to pass it along (they aren't), or adjust the lease in some other manner (higher than market residual, lower than market money factor, which they are), it's entirely up to them.
