I'm looking to get a price on the lease of 2025 Countryman S All4, in signature+power seats model(MSRP 40545 for 36/10 at Manhattan, NY. Can you tell me if there are any incentives, the MF and the RV. Credit is excellent.
I visited a dealer where the MF was 0.0024, RV was 61 and he offered $2800 off the MSRP.
No incentives that we see.
$2800 off seems pretty good on a 2025, especially if they don't markup the rate, or add a bunch of unnecessary extras.

So I’m looking at ordering a mini from the factory in the color and trim I want since they don’t have any on the lots. 38795, one dealer said they would take 3k off, but if I understand the site that 1k for the order, 1k for owning a mini and 3000 off from the dealer. For 35795 before any taxes and fees. Good deal or does anyone think I can get more off from the dealer? Also is there a way to negotiate a better MF? Thanks for any advice.

Can you help me with MF/Residual on a 2025 Countryman S Iconic Trim, Zip 94549 for 22.5k/36mo and 30k/36 mo lease options. What kind of amount off can I hope to take off MSRP. Contacted 2 dealers and maximum they budged was $500 from MSRP.

Call more dealers. I managed to get 1000 of a mini cooper s 2025 by just telling them the other dealer offered me more off. Plus 2k for owning a mini and special ordering a new one.
Special ordered a 2025 mini cooper 2 door iconic trim with the dynamic dampers for 35795 after all discounts, 1300 down 1000 of which is the deposit they wanted on the special order 300 for the dmv fees. 15k for 3 years, 579 total a month that includes all other taxes and fees you can’t get removed. Luckily this was all negotiated before the system went down. But since the system is down the agreement is only binding on the price but not a binding lease. Just in case things change drastically by the time the system is up and the car arrives.
